Our spirits are uplifted when we enter beautiful spaces. We can forget about problems and appreciate the environment that we’re privileged to enter.

The same is true for books. When books deliver beautiful images, it’s calming. We can take time to focus on the beauty and stay in the positive mental state they bring to us.
